FitTune is an AI-powered fitness application that provides personalized workout plans, nutrition tracking through photo recognition, and progress analytics. Our service is designed to help users achieve their fitness goals through customized recommendations.
Subscription Terms
Free Trial
- New users receive a 3-day free trial
- Free trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
- You may cancel during the free trial period without charge
Subscription Billing
- Subscription fee: $6.99 per week
- Weekly recurring billing cycle
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- Billing handled through Apple App Store
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel anytime through your Apple App Store account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- Access to premium features continues until subscription expires
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during account setup
- Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
User-Generated Content
When you upload photos, progress images, or other content to FitTune:
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant us permission to process your content for service delivery
- We may use anonymous, aggregated data to improve our AI algorithms
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload
Age Restrictions
- You must be at least 13 years old to use FitTune
- Users aged 13-17 must have parental consent
- We reserve the right to verify age and request parental consent

- We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues resulting from app use

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitTune and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
Intellectual Property
The FitTune App, including its AI algorithms, content, features, and functionality, is owned by FitTune and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Service Availability
- We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime
- Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service
- We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
- Features may be modified or discontinued with notice
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our discretion, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the App will cease immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FitTune operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
